  • Moscow is a difficult place for filming. You can freely film at the city streets except for the streets that are on a special list. The list includes most streets in the city centre as some government buildings are situated there. To get a filming permit in Moscow takes between 2 and 4 weeks

  • For filming at the Red Square and close to the Kremlin a special permit is needed. The procedure will take 2-4 weeks

  • For filming inside museums/mansions/churches you should apply for a filming permit 3-4 weeks ahead of the filming date
